How To Blogs and Ninth Grade Homework

Part of your work tonight is to find other people who are doing the work of telling the world how to do things.

Here are a few blogs that I frequent –

Budget Bytes

Apartment Therapy

Your job is to find a blog that is related to your topic –

Scroll to the bottom of this post and post a link to the blog you find in the comment section.

    I’ll comment on both.
    1. I LOVE food. So Budget Bytes was original and organzied. This blog was really cool and looked like a bunch of time was put into the making! The pictures were great and they way the blogger wrote about each recipe drew me in word by word. There were definitely recipes that I would want to try out myself.
    2. I LOVE decorating. I’m sure I would love it a lot more if the whole project wasn’t so darn expenssive, but that’s why there are blogs out there that share their ideas and tips on how to save or even how to make your own pieces to spice up the room is your house. I reall liked the flower lights made from cupcake liners found on Apartment Therapy. I also liked the Washi Tape Bottle vases. It gave me an idea for something to make for my mom’s birthday coming up! One of my dream jobs with my mom is for after college. I want to start a restaurant. My mom has had experiences with being a personal chef, caterer, nurse and nanny for families that are staying on a yacht for their vacation. As I was scrolling through some of the pitures on Apartment therapy, I saw “Kitchen Inspiration: Ideas from Restaurants” and it makes me even more excited for this potential mother-daughter business.

This is a gluten-free cooking blog that has a recipe for peanut butter balls. The recipes are very similar, but I don’t use rice krispies to make my PBBs. I suppose that if you like an extra crunch, this recipe would be better, but hey, whatever floats your boat.

I couldn’t find any specific blog that only told about playing center field, so I have decided to use a blog resource that talks about everything that goes into playing baseball, including the outfield. is the link to the online blog.

I found the blog “Year 6RC” that is about two classes in an Australian girls school. The blog is about all the subjects they have in the classes. One of the posts is about lattice or “Arabic” multiplication and has a video.

    Blog Name: Skinny Taste
This is a blog to the recipe for Taco dip. I liked it because it’s cool to be able to compare how other people make the dish. In the introduction before the steps were described, the blogger wrote a background. She writes, “A must have at every large get together. This is my daughter’s favorite dip, which she has nicknamed “the stuff”. It’s easy to prepare and always disappears in minutes.” This truly is the snank that should be served at parties- big or small. You have ten minutes to get out of the door to get to a party. If you have all of the ingrediants, it done in 6 minutes. Another thing I like about this blog is that it’s a healthy versoin. They use low fat Philadelphia cream cheese, reduced fat sour cream, reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and olives, taco dip is a filling and simple dish to serve to guests or to bring to any occasion as a guest.
